We sell a managed service, so we are not neutral. Every price and feature below is taken from each vendor's own pages, which we read on 23 October 2026. We have not used these products, and prices change.
What Profound lists
On its pricing page Profound shows two paths for brands: a free trial (50 prompts run daily for seven days on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews) and an Enterprise plan, which is custom and sold through a demo. Enterprise lists up to nine engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, Claude, Google AI Overviews and Exa Search), a tailored prompt plan, AI assistant credits for the team, SSO and SOC 2 compliance, and support from email to a dedicated specialist with a 24-hour response time. For agencies it lists an Agency Growth plan with extra client workspaces at $399 a month each.
Its home page describes a self-service platform: answer-engine insights, prompt volumes, agent analytics, an AI assistant with agents, fact-checking of what AI says about a brand, and sentiment.

What you give up, and what you may not need
Profound's enterprise features (nine engines, SOC 2, a dedicated specialist) matter if you are a large organisation with procurement and security requirements. If you are tracking a focused set of prompts for one brand, the smaller tools cover that at a published monthly price. If you need many engines, check each plan: some include four, some let you choose three, and some charge for the rest.
When a managed service is the better choice
Every tool above, Profound included, is software your team runs. If you do not have the people to turn the results into pages, fixes and outreach, a managed service does that work. Optimizer360.ai starts with a baseline audit, then a strategist, a writer and a developer work on the gaps, with weekly tracking. Pricing is quoted per engagement after the audit. You can read how that compares to Profound and Peec AI, or request an audit.
How to choose
- Decide who will act on the data. If nobody will, a dashboard will not change what AI says about you.
- Match the plan to your prompts and engines, not to the biggest plan.
- Check security and support needs early. SSO and compliance sit in the enterprise tiers of most tools.
